LESS LESS
Theatre is currently
collaborating for their first project with "Casa da Esquina"
cultural association of artists based in Coimbra, Portugal.
SHE SAID... is the first production of LESS LESS Theatre company. It was inspired by the idea of: “ I just don't want a revolution that prevents me from dancing”(Apparently by Lenine's wife during an argument). It's an interactive performance where the audience become a crucial part of this revolution. This project seeks to question the boundaries of theatre, the dividers in between the ones who see it and the ones who make it; but still remain on stage waiting to disappear in a final black out and then go to the next pub to cry of the blank. Influenced by the real economic, cultural and social crisis in their own country,(Portugal), tired of the lack of hope and solutions they want to understand what do they need to do to make a concrete change: Two performers begin a journey. They need to do something big. They want to jump to the next step. What is that?! Is that a revolution?! What is the process to make it happen? With who, When, Where?! Which instruments do they need to use? But what does that revolution mean?! Do they really know what they are fighting for?! Well, for now they just know that they have a top 3 revolutions that they would had love to participated in. Plus they have a kit for a revolution!
